Manufacturing Field Service Support Location: US-PA-Lititz Email this job to a friend

Onsite from Office Day 1 - LOCAL to Lititz, Pennsylvania - 5+ years of experience including the project management experience
- Manage/supervise TS partners and other third-party providers to ensure quality deliverables
- Complete end to end issue resolution in liasion with the vendors
- Keep project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.
- Lead and develop several cross-functional teams in the actual implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives for large-scale portfolio changes when needed or assigned by TS Site Lead.
- Provides assistance with Server Room hardware support team in conjunction with TS Site Lead and Deskside Support Techs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management
- Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution
- Assist Wireless support team (Specifically for RF Device Handhelds) deployment and troubleshooting
- Assist the site with their Pick To Light System by assisting with troubleshooting system errors/issues
- Helps local hardware support team with checking JDE printers in JDE system
- Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes
- Should be conversant with ITIL process (Service/Asset management)
- Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plant
- Worked in pharma/manufacturing plant is added advantage
Handles escalations reported onsite single handedly
