Job Description - Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities
To achieve the sales objective for the assigned area. Responsible for the execution of all sales & Market development activities for the Company. Projecting the monthly sales, fixing the sales targets for the teams and corresponding revenue, streamlining processes to enhance efficiencies while minimizing operational time/cost. Presentation to Architects, Builders, and Government bodies for specification & approval of brand. Working closely with the marketing team on correcting product literature and portfolios & implementing new promotional strategies for Architects and Key account builders. To make a detailed product presentation to potential customers as identified by the team. Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics. To get Builders, Architects, Consultants & Specifiers for Plant Visit. Responsible for ensuring the timely execution of orders and collection of payment. To maintain a detailed database of upcoming projects, Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Project Management.
