Were hiring a Remote Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, deliver projects on time and on budget, and improve delivery processes. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours; occasional overlap with [company time zone] core hours required.

Key Responsibilities

Own project lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close projects.
Define scope, schedule, budget, milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, RACI matrices and risk registers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, marketing, operations).
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and stakeholder meetings.
Manage dependencies, remove blockers and escalate issues when needed.
Track and report status, KPIs and project health to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement: post-mortems, process updates, and tooling recommendations.
Ensure quality, compliance and documentation for releases and handoffs.
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to team hiring and onboarding as needed.
