We are seeking a full-time Civil Professional Engineer (PE) with professional experience in civil site development projects through all phases of design and delivery. This role involves independently applying engineering judgment, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions involving conventional plans, surveys, investigations, structures, and related infrastructure elements.

Responsibilities:

Perform civil site development design for projects, components, or systems involving conventional plans, surveys, investigations, structures, and/or equipment
Prepare complete project documentation, including plans, specifications, and engineering estimates, and ensure accurate organization of project data
Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to assigned projects
Formulate and solve complex engineering problems
Manage multiple projects while meeting budget, schedule, and quality objectives
Prepare project scopes, tasks, budgets, and schedules
Interact and collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal project team members
Attend project meetings and present technical aspects of engineering assignments and projects
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to engineering staff

Requirements/Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of professional civil engineering experience in site and drainage design
Grading, drainage, and utility design
Stormwater permitting
Proficiency with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Analytical skills for complex engineering calculations related to design, analysis, testing, and implementation
Ability to review and interpret engineering plans and specifications
Prepare and oversee drawings, specifications, acceptance test procedures, and maintenance or training documentation
Proficiency in developing, managing, and tracking project budgets and schedules
Strong collaboration skills with team members of diverse experience and educational backgrounds
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
