Coordinate and administer compensation and benefit plans. Handle all daily office activities. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Coordinate and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Coordinate and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Undertake tasks around performance management. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.• Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Payroll and accounting. Plan, direct and coordinate the business operations. Plan, administer, and coordinate annual budgets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts and Humanities or a closely related field, plus 6 months of experience in the job offered and 6 months of experience in Business Operations.
