Lead Landscape Designer/Landscape Architects meet and converse with clients to establish their vision while taking full control of the design and selling the overall project to meet our clients needs. They work closely with our Construction Department to estimate, plan, and build our pools, landscapes, and buildings to meet the Glengate level of quality. Our Lead Landscape Designer/Lead Landscape Architects will: Meet with our clients to understand their requirements and create designs Lead/mentor/train a landscape design team and include them in the design/sales process Present proposed designs to the client, finalize budgets and sign contracts Act as the main design contact throughout the process, visit client sites and meet with the Construction and other teams throughout the project to ensure client satisfaction Perform business development activities and set/achieve annual sales goals Introduce and promote Glengate products including Property Care, Irrigation, Pool Care, Snow Plowing and Fine Floral and encourage transition to Property Care.Were looking for creative and self-motivated individuals who: Have a great sense of design and aesthetics who are eager to learn and contribute quickly Are super detail-oriented and organized. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess solid verbal and written communication skills. Have a strong command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, sketch-up, and the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Are proficient with hand graphics and rendering skills, and possess a base knowledge of grading, drainage, and horticulture. Hold a Bachelors degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or the equivalent in the Landscape Design field with 0-4 years of work experience within a Landscape Architect/design studio.
