Job Description Summary
This position will support the Executive Fleet programs at Boeing San Antonio as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will develops solutions to a wide variety of complex manufacturing problems using established precedents and policies under general direction and supervision. A Lean methodology mindset is required to resolve shop floor constraints, research manufacturing plans and coordinate with manufacturing managers to ensure successful project completions.

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general direction.

This position will support the Executive Fleet programs at Boeing San Antonio as a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will develops solutions to a wide variety of complex manufacturing problems using established precedents and policies under general direction and supervision.

A Lean methodology mindset is required to resolve shop floor constraints, research manufacturing plans and coordinate with manufacturing managers to ensure successful project completions.

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under general direction

Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

3+ years in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

3+ years of experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

3+ years of experience do you have gathering data and developing presentations using that data in PowerPoint.
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
