Title: RN Clinic/Ambulatory
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 13 Weeks Assignment
Shift timing: 8 am - 4.30 pm includes 30 minutes of break
Summary:
A Registered Professional Nurse provides direct patient care and functions as part of the Nursing Team. Uses the nursing process for systematically assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care to maximize restoration and maintenance of the patient's physical, psychological, spiritual health and goals. Serves as an educator of patients, families and coworkers.
Qualifications and Requirement
- Active Illinois RN license along with active certification required.
- 1 year Acute or SNF Rehab experience
- Someone who has clinic experience, experience with donning/doffing PPE and has performed specimen collection and processing
