Our Hospitality client located in Orlando, FL is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to complete the following: Looking for individuals who possess an upbeat personality, someone who can carry a conversation and exudes customer service and demonstrates a positive attitude. We can coach the technical aspects of the job, but hard to create a positive attitude if they don?t come with one. Previous help desk experience and basic IT experience is a big plus.
Required Skills : At least 1 year experience in a related IT position. Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers and provide timely resolutions to issues while effectively communicating status to management and customers Excellent written and oral communication skills
