We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians, better known as Maintenance Heroes, to join our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete service requests in a timely fashion (i.e., plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
- Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, Drywall repairs and finish work)
- Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
- Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds
- Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass
- Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
