PROLIM((link removed)) is currently seeking Financial Analyst for Northridge California Location for one of our Top Client.

Job Description

• Remote, but candidate should be flexible to work onsite if needed (whenever offices reopen); prefer local candidates
• Role is open to backfill team member
• Business hours based on Pacific time zone
• Laptop will use HARMAN laptop
• Potential for role to convert to FTE, but not guaranteed
• 2 3 rounds of virtual interviews with HL and other dept.
• leadership.
• No IC's or Visa holders regardless of if they are your own
• W2 employee
• Selected candidate expected to start immediately upon compliance clearance!

Description:

• What You Will Do
• Act actively in the monthly close process (focus on revenue recognition, sales discounts reconciliations and selling/marketing expenses)
• Prepare monthly forecast and assist in the budgeting processes (focus on selling/marketing expenses)
• Prepare month end variance analytics comparing results to budget, forecast and prior year
• Consolidate monthly results and prepare financial reports
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly sales reports to sales teams
• Streamline systems to improve ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations
• Clearly and concisely communicate financial information to non-financial managers
• Ad-hoc reporting, special projects and other department support as needed

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance
• 3 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

What is Nice to Have

• CPA
• Experience with SAP
• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities without loss of accuracy or time
• General knowledge of budgeting, cash management and financial analysis processes

What Makes You Eligible

• Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel
• Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
