Remote to start then Frederick, MD
Required Experience:
5+ years performing general z/OS systems programming
5+ years performing all aspects of DB2 systems programming work (installation, maintenance, configuration, testing and applications support)
Installation, maintenance, configuration and support of a wide range of BMC products, in particular the Database suite
Implementation of mainframe data protection and encryption solutions, including for DB2.
Required Skills : Desired Experience: Installation, maintenance, configuration and support of a wide range of Broadcom products, in particular OPS/MVS, MIM, CA-1, CA-7, MAT and ACF2 Mainframe hardware configuration and network management Performance monitoring and tuning Assembler and REXX programing. Other Requirements: Able to work onsite at the Marriott datacenter in Frederick, MD, when able to do so again Inclusion in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support Perform analysis of the current environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement Update and create system documentation as necessary.
