The incumbent is a licensed professional who provides direct and indirect client care services primarily delivered on an intermittent basis primarily in the client s place of residence. In the case of Hospice, care may be delivered in a long-term care facility or in an acute care facility. This position also supervises and directs Home Care Aides in performance of their duties. Valid driver s license and ability to drive to patients homes in Carbon CountyBLS/BCLSMT licensedMonday - Friday with call 1 weekday per week plus 1 weekend per month
