Position: Business Analyst with (FHIR) Health Insurance Provider Data Experience

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote to start)

Key Responsibilities:

PDT Operations - Provider Data 3 Positions (Provider Data Experience)

Position with - FHIR

• Support all Plan and Vendor onboarding activities for implementation including UAT and Production. Support Plan and Vendors to understand the established pre-defined mapping, rules sets, reference specifications
• Provide Plan customers guidance and understanding related to the Implementation Guide (IG), the API Guide and reference materials for proper submission and consumption of data through the platform

• Support Plans who are required to submit their complete production provider data to PDT for profiling, remediation and certification prior to submitting to production. Perform data profiling on PDT and PDT vs. PDR legacy system data comparison. Communicate directly with Plan data contacts on various outcomes within profiling /certification process, notify Plan(s) of anomalies, failures and specific action needed to remediate data quality issues and resubmissions, as applicable.

• Triage and managing the customers inquiries received within Service-Now with a concentration support on HL7 FIHR mapping, configuration and rule set specifications
• Ensure to support the continuation and build out of the PDT knowledge base within Service-Now to support troubleshooting and decision making
• Support API certification set up and triage for Plans and Vendors
• Perform data profiling on PDT and PDR legacy system data comparison.
• Serve as a liaison between Technical staff, Business staff and Plan and Vendor staff, as needed
• Attend daily, weekly internal and external meetings
