Job Description:

• The talent is expected primarily to perform SAP ISU functional testing, Test case design and status reporting
• Lead End to End testing (Journey Testing) covering all areas of SAP IS-U, like - Customer Service, Device and Work Management, Billing, Invoicing, Contract Account Payable & Receivable, Energy Data Management, BPEM's, EMMA Clarification logs.
• Experiences in Meter-to-Cash process, Usage & Billing, Payments, Rate determination, billing rates etc.
• Working knowledge of Interlinking between Contracts, Contract Accounts, Business Partner's and Installations.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Special Billing processes like Manual Billing and Bill corrections.
• Should have worked on Mass processing for Billing, Invoicing, Collective Invoicing, Bill prints, Billing out sorts, BPEM's, EMMA monitoring, EMMA clarification cases.
• Must Possess understanding of payment plans (Account Balances, Payment Lots, Returns Lot, Interest Calculations, Security Deposits, Installment Plans, Promise to Pay, Credit Worthiness etc.)
• Should have experience of Customer Service operations, business processes, and systems such as Customer Contact, Move-ins, Move-outs, Disconnects, Reconnects etc.
• Hands-On experience on test management tools such as QMETRY, JIRA, Confluence etc.
