We are looking for an experienced training specialist to evolve our existing training content & deliver training to the enterprise employee user base for Client's deployment of SAP Ariba for Sourcing-to-payment. The focus will be on expert delivery of training content, delivered virtually through TEAMS to large groups. Must have experience and knowledge of SAP Ariba procurement modules & the ability to ramp up and quickly become very knowledgeable on Client's instance of the platform. There are 1000's of users to be trained; shoppers, managers, finance and execs at Client globally. The focus is US employees today but there is the need to train international employees later this year, for deployment there.

Must have Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability in developing and delivering software capability training for users
SAP Ariba (procurement) experience & knowledge (for purpose of training)
Use of MS TEAMS for file storage, chat and leading virtual training classes

Ideal prior experience/requirements:
Enterprise wise training delivery
Training large groups
Virtually delivered training
Training a variety of users managers, execs and employees
Experience with out of the box, cloud based enterprise software
Working with Global teams & flexibility to work non US hours
Self starter, able to work alone
Ability to deal with tricky users & address difficult questions
Ability to customize & deliver training at all levels of the company
