Role: OpenText CCM Developer

Location: PA

Duration: Long Term

Required Skills:

• 08 to 10 Yrs. of relevant IT experience in OpenText CCM and Exstream
• Strong working experience in developing designing new Communication Builder projects and deploying on Communication Server Ver 16.4 and above
• Experience in building new customized Input and Output Connectors on Communications Builder using Java Script
• Hands on using Input and Output Filters, Messages, Events and Processes on Communication Server

• Ability to design CB projects for Online and Batch processing with Exstream Engine
• Able to build the CB components for reusability across multiple CB projects
• Hands on customizing Supervisor for additional reporting details
• Experience in delivering output in various formats like Email (HTML), PDF, PS, and in Archiving, Post processor repository etc.
• Java programming experience and knowledge of Object oriented Analysis and Design and patterns

Mandatory Skills:

• OpenText Exstream CCM Suite 16.4 and above
