About the Role:
We are looking for a Talend ETL Developer who will perform mission critical duties in our data engineering strategy, contributing to and leading the development of our customers Enterprise Data and Analytics Platforms. A passionate professional who can blend the ever-evolving technology landscape of Cloud and Advanced Analytics.
The Talend Developer will be responsible for being a team player in a group of talented engineers to develop and maintain the foundation of next generation data platforms. This role will be responsible for expanding, optimizing, and monitoring our expanding data pipelines through meticulous design, intelligent business logic, consistent data governance, testing and continuous delivery.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with other IT team members to develop, implement, and support robust database and ETL technology solutions.
Talend ETL Development, maintain and support sustainable data movement and transformation for the enterprise-data warehouse and database technologies.
Required Knowledge and Level of Experience:
6+ years of relevant experience in ETL, Data Management or Data Integration.
3+ years of experience with Talend as a Developer
Experienced in designing and developing mappings, transformations, sessions and workflows, and deploying integration solutions.
Extensive experience in ETL methodology for performing Data Profiling, Data Migration, Extraction, Transformation, and Loading using Talend.
Experience in Talend ESB, Talend API Designer and Rest API's
Good Working experiences in handling multiple file type within Talend such as JSON, Avro, Parquet etc.
Good Working experience in SQL.
Must have worked on Talend Data Integration for 3+ years in a Cloud environment.
Strong experience in performance tuning of ETL processes using Talend.
Preferred experience in Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure or Google Cloud.
Expertise in implementation of Big Data projects.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related discipline.
