Job Description:

• Good technical knowledge in SQL and COSMOS DB
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Life Insurance and thorough understanding of End to End operations including Processes like Accounting, Valuation, Reinsurance, Compliance, Fund Management and Reporting requirements. Expertise in V3 is added advantage
• Ability to analyze large datasets, Analyzing results and reporting the results to the business
• Collecting and interpreting data, Analyze structural requirements for new applications / Projects. Design conceptual and logical data models and Data Mapping
• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs. Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
• Provide project level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to the team during DEV/QA process
• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
