Lotus Notes Technical Support Services The Lotus Notes Technical Support Services are to support the current system over a 12-month period, while leading the migration efforts to cloud-based platforms. The successful Technical Support candidate(s) will have: i. Availability and flexibility in providing services. ii. Experience in providing ongoing technical support for legacy Lotus Notes databases. iii. Experience in migrating Lotus Notes applications to Cloud technologies such as SharePoint. Roles and Responsibilities - The successful Technical Support Services candidate shall provide expertise in the following areas:
- Experience in providing ongoing technical support for Lotus Notes.
- Must possess expert skills in supporting Lotus Notes as well as cloud-based technologies such as SharePoint, DevOps. Power BI/Tableau.
- Expert experience in providing ongoing support for Lotus Notes applications.
- Expert experience in designing, developing, and migrating these applications to Cloud platform technologies including SharePoint.
- Shall provide, on an as-needed basis, ongoing technical support for legacy Lotus Notes databases
- Shall design, develop, and migrate legacy Lotus Notes databases to appropriate cloud-based technologies utilizing the Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology.
- Should provide guidance to the internal technical staff in support of this project. This will include research and instruction, code review, coordination with Information Technology architecture standards, and creation and maintenance of system documentation and procedures for the applications.
- Provides overall engagement and all phases/projects, including discussion of risks, problems encountered, solutions, and proposed solutions, expected to be completed in the next reporting period.
- He/she has to provide/duties of 75% in software development in leading the design, develop, and migrate legacy Lotus Notes databases to appropriate cloud-based technologies utilizing the Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology.
- He should maintain 15% support Lotus Notes automated solutions, Evaluate, define, and record system necessities for requested support. Evaluate functional business applications and develop effective solutions. Ensure adherence to quality control, IT security standards, and accessibility guidelines, including tracking, testing, and overseeing remediation efforts. Interact with various systems, external and internal checks along with controls and outputs.
- He should maintain 10% of documentation to Develop effective written documents including procedures and protocols. Write, maintain, and update documents to define testing, logic, corrections, and changes. Develop and maintain required documents inclusive of user-level and program-level documentation. Communicate effectively with customers and other members of the Application Development Team.
Mandatory Skill sets Requirement - Consultant should have more than 5 years of experience in providing Technical Support for Lotus Notes Applications.
- Consultant should have more than 5 years of experience in Migrating Lotus Notes Databases to Cloud-based Technologies.
- Consultant should have more than 5 years of experience in evaluation and verification of supports requests for Lotus Notes Applications
- Consultant should have more than 5 years of experience in utilizing the Agile Software development Life Cycle methodology.
- Consultant should have more than 5 years of experience in using Microsoft SharePoint.
