Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 10am - 7pmEST (purpose of position is to support West Coast inquiries)

Location: Danbury CT
Onsite training first 2-3 weeks of the role, then Work From Home until Covid Guidelines lift, then 100% onsite work.

Duration: Temp as of now, may be longer term or TTH in the future depending on Business & Staffing needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Executes Order-to-Delivery processes to achieve on-time delivery
- Handles inbound phone calls, email inquiries, and order processing volumes
- Provides support to Internal Hologic Field Service Engineers (FSE's) and external Dealers/Customers on inquiries of product availability and pricing
- Utilize system solutions (Oracle, Agile, Salesforce, etc.) to streamline order fulfillment procedures
- Interacts cross-functionally with interdependent groups to support order fulfillment processes
- Monitors backorders to insure they are shipped according to customer expectations
- Escalate issues impacting Customer satisfaction to Supervisor for action
- Respond to inquiries for order status and Parts information as required
- Other duties as assigned

Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
College is preferred but not required.

Work Background/Experience:

3 years or more of customer service experience
