- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum 4 years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) OR UIPath level 2 certification is must.
- Experience with Scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge and understanding of systems and applications development, especially with a variety of software development methodologies
- SQL experience.
- VB (Visual Basic) experience.
- Tableau experience good to have.
- Very good understanding of new emerging technologies in automation space.
- Understanding of the various technologies in AI and market trends.
- Knowledge of leading Automation Framework/Tools in current market
- Demonstrate the flexibility to work amongst diverse corporate environments, technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.
- Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.
- Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.
- Ability to lead large business process automation efforts leveraging state of the art automation solutions.
