Position - Lead Salesforce Developer

Location (Need local in any of these locations) - Boston MA, Tampa FL, Jersey City NJ, Dallas TX. Will be able to work remote 80% of the time but will require to be onsite as needed.

You will apply your Salesforce expertise to an existing enterprise ecosystem to advance the client experience and maximize our technology investment.

The Salesforce Developer assists in the technical design of application components, builds applications, interfaces between applications, and understands data security, retention, and recovery. Can contributes to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, reuse, extensibility, usability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, vendor products, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc., executes on the plan by building components, testing, configuring, tuning, and deploying solutions.

Technology Expertise has an advanced level Salesforce development fundamentals and understands when to use out-of-the-box (no code) solutions versus custom code; can build solutions declaratively as well as customized code (Apex, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, Visualforce, triggers, etc.)
Platforms understands what is needed for integrations and can work with technical teams to help establish connectivity and environment isolation
Data Modeling reviews and extends data models where needed
System Performance contributes to solutions that satisfy performance requirements; constructs test cases and strategies that account for performance requirements; tunes application performance issues
Security understands the importance of secure code, implements solutions and executes test plans
Documentation develops and maintains system documentation
Is familiar with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

Needed
6+ years' experience in application development or system analysis
Bachelor's degree in technical/computer field or related experience required
Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies and products

Experience in APEX Code Development
(4+ Years), Visualforce, building Salesforce Triggers, Familiarity with Process Builder, Flow and Workflow Rules, Lightning Component Development (Aura and LWC), and RESTful Web Services.
Knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle methodologies such as Agile
Knowledge of DocuSign architecture, administration, and integration methods a plus
Current hands-on experience with Apex, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and Visualforce
