The Product Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining product lines, including the development of extensions, refreshes, and new products ensuring assigned products are full aligned with the user needs and strategic goals. Define a clear Product Vision that ensures products remain focused on providing valuable features and removes or reduces those that are not effective or no longer align with strategic goals Proactively connect with stakeholders to assess the product effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Create and maintain the Product Roadmap and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze needs and prioritize the enhancement/new feature backlog Lead cross-functional teams in new product development and product changes to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and appropriately resourced to achieve goals Serve as Scrum Master for product development teams to develop and deploy enhancements to existing products Create product release notes and coordinate with users and release managers to deploy enhancements to products Collaborate with Production Support Team to maintain awareness of the product health and provide stakeholder management support as needed Required Skills: 5+ years experience in product management in the Food and Beverage Industry Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs and wants to be part of a highly productive team that delivers work items on a continual basis Strong visual aptitude with experience defining user workflows and sketching wireframes Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and KANBAN and Scrum Frameworks Great communication, presentation, and leadership skills Flexibility to work across multiple US time zones Experience with Confluence, JIRA, G-Suite, Visio, and Word a plus Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) a plus We are looking for individuals that are extremely self-sufficient, available to work flexible hours, & hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism.
