Summary :
Overall IT experience of 15+ years. Of which at-least 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Industry with 4 + years of exposure to any Banking Product Core and Digital or Framework Temenos preferred. Strong Delivery focused, managed a PnL of at least 15-120M and managed teams' size of 100+ across geography. Very strong in Corporate and Retail Banking from a Program Delivery perspective, expertise in Core Banking solution is a plus with emphasis around Digital Banking solutions. Good communication, collaboration skills, Client representation, excellent people manager.
Skill Set:
- Strong Application Delivery / Program management experience.
- Exposure on executing complex programs with diverse integration platforms and across geographies.
- Should have managed a team size of 100+ members with excellent track record.
- Good BFS background Core Banking exposure a plus point.
- Aggressive from a Technology Delivery as well levelheaded from client relationship perspective.
- Should have worked as Program Manager in Technology service organizations and understand whole nine yard on Program Delivery.
- Ability to challenge customer as well as internal teams on every aspect of delivery.
- Excellent track record on managing large change request, RFPs, working on solutions and ability to present in a large forum.
- Will also be responsible for account mining.
- Also well verse on aspects of Account health index, PnLs, RISK management.
- At-least 15 years of solid Tech Delivery experience and coming from Technology background.
