Title: Program Manager, Experimentation

Discipline: Program Management

Location:

You'll work remotely with team members distributed across Pacific and Eastern timezones and have the option to work from one of our primary US-based offices. (Kirkland, WA, Tempe, AZ or Santa Clara, CA)

What you'll get to do:

You will support the Experimentation Platform team with planning, project management, communication and rhythm of business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous, technically savvy, reliable, diplomatic, and resourceful.

  • Evangelize platform capabilities to drive corporate adoption, and measure the customer impact of your work
  • Track and communicate progress against team goals
  • Maintain and communicate changes to platform/product roadmaps
  • Organize, refine and drive communication of team progress to stakeholders across the company through large-scale meetings, emails and real-time comms channels
  • Track and communicate changes, feature additions and platform updates to partner teams
  • Manage relationships and contracts with vendors
  • Manage the agenda, notes, and action items in meetings
  • Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large
  • Draft letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the team

Your experience should include

  • 4+ years program management experience in a technical engineering environment
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology, Management, Science or Engineering -- or equivalent
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs from beginning to end, including planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, communications and reporting outcomes to Sr Leadership
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
  • Prior hands-on experience developing efficient, repeatable operational processes, as well as product roadmap planning
  • Outstanding communicator and collaborator; ability to understand and explain complex technology requirements, dependencies, operations and risk to employees with varying degrees of technical depth
  • Experience developing executive presentations and documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
  • Proficiency with Jira, SmartSheet or other project management tools
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics and A/B Testing desired
