Good domain experience on Virtual Data Room
Very good written and verbal communication to collaborate with onsite cross squads, Troika members and App support team.
High availability - Available during 8 AM to 5 PM CST time and is able to provide prod support, if offshore team member is not available.
Coordinate with offshore teams and keep track of deliverables at a high level.
Participate in MAC meetings, if possible

Lead Engineer preferably Techno Functional with hands on coding expertise and has expertise on QA practices
