Scope of Work:

The contractor will provide staff with experience in the Canvass and Model-Driven based Microsoft PowerApps to perform the following operations and maintenance duties:
1) Add, delete, or restore users and groups to COVID-19 PowerApps
2) Assign licenses
3) Manage COVID-19 PowerApps user properties
4) Create and manage COVID-19 PowerApps user views
5) Manage Microsoft COVID-19 PowerApps service requests
6) Monitor service health
