Vice President of Sales

Location: Remote/US

Responsibilities

  • Conversion of Sales basis the available leads and prospective clients generated through an active pipeline.
  • Sales Booking and realization of 2 Million USD as annual quota/targets.
  • Managing positive customer relationships (Account Management) for key / critical accounts.
  • Focus on both organic and inorganic strategies to leverage sales targets.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
  • Has existing contacts, that can be leveraged for business development and direct sales.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement possibly more important than the first item on this list
  • Own and track his or her sales budget.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree in Management Studies, preferred in Sales and Marketing
  • Strong negotiation / persuasive skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership and Management Skills
  • Strongly represent companies in external business forums, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Should be able to demonstrate a successful sales record.
  • Demonstrates solid motivational skills
  • Maintains a professional but confident and outgoing demeanor
  • Is capable of conducting independent research
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills
  • Requirements

    • A minimum experience of 10+ years
    • Successful experience in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
    • Successful experience building and growing a channel
    • Successful experience selling IT Services for leading and evolving corporate.
    • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
    • Proven experience working within a medium to large IT services company selling technology solutions and services.
    • Experience providing status reports with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team
    • Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
