This resource must have minimum of 3-6 years of experience with the following:
Pharma industry knowledge and experience; preferably!
Global launch experience/Launch planning knowledge; preferably global launch market experience
Marketing background
Professional, confident, direct communication skills & cross functional team experience.
Peer leadership experience
Experience with team collaboration platforms such as Yammer! & Microsoft Team's
Main technologies SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Teams - WebEx, SAP for financial management.
Hours for the role will generally be core hours working hours, however flexibility is needed as this is a global organization - Calls can be as early as 6 am EST and as late as 9 pm EST
PART TIME ROLE
Slated for 6 months w/ possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
You will be a team orchestrator! From execution to delivery, you will be responsible for project planning, coordination and overall leadership. You will primarily manage global launch projects however the scope may be extended into supporting other marketing team projects such as planning and coordinating business reviews, organizational communications, and global marketing initiatives. This position will manage the change, communication and training of a complex project with Oncology team. This position is NOT a marketing role. It is a project management/launch planning role. You will work with the multiple business areas to deliver pre and post launch information or will help the team design and execute plans for other team projects. Simply put, you will be the glue that holds everything together! You are expected to bring a depth of experience as well as the analytical, technical and organizational skills to create and facilitate the change, communication and training plans of the initiative. Additional responsibilities:
Incorporate best launch excellence practices by collaborating with internal planning experts and resources
Establish platform and communications vehicles for launch planning teams (e.g. MS Teams, iLaunch)
Identify and build team rosters globally including entry into distribution lists, contact information, etc.
Develop global launch plan per specifications including identification of key interdependencies and milestones.
Present plan to cross functional team for ratification
Serve as subject matter expert on enterprise wide projects to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and deliver corresponding solutions successfully
Maintain schedule of meetings for core and extended teams
Facilitate cross functional meetings with agenda setting, recording of minutes and generating follow up action lists
Support onboarding new cross functional team members.
Serve as a key contact by continuously scanning launch plan and ensuring timely updates by team members
