• • IT Compliance tickets for SCCM, JAMF Casper, Filevault, Digital Guardian, Bitlocker, Cybereason, windows upgrade
  • Intune Setup for iOS and Android (MDM and Non MDM)
  • Remote control and fix problem
  • Troubleshoot WiFi and external Audio/Video for both Mac and Pc
  • Replace Hardware like Battery Memory and SSD
  • Cisco Jabber, Teams and WebEx remote control
  • Asset Management update
  • New or returned Laptop Setup image and Configure
  • Office 365 Support
  • Zoom WebEx and Teams Trouble Shooting
  • SCCM Client Install and troubleshooting Software center
  • Jamf
  • Mac support
  • Windows BSOD
  • Bitlocker
  • Network printer
