Executive Search Consultant
This role is to work out of the Relevante offices in King of Prussia, PA.
Do you Have:
A high school diploma? Human Resources or Recruiting Experience? A desire to develop relationships with hiring managers to help them fill jobs? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? As a Plus, Do You Also Have:
- Prior search firm experience?
- Marketing and business development experience?
Can you picture yourself:
- Developing relationships over the phone and in-person with HR and Talent Acquisition client contacts who work with agencies to help with their hiring needs?
- Working with a recruiting team to identify and qualify candidates that fit the job?
- Presenting candidates to the client and managing the process until the client hires the candidate?
- Achieving your financial goals with a base salary plus commissions comp structure?
