Responsibilities:
This Project Manager will lead, organize, and report on technology delivery tasks under SVB's Data Protection program. This role requires thoughtful partnership while being adept at reporting the overall health of the program's progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
Working with a program manager and technical resources, develop deliverables leading to complex outcomes towards a long-term strategy
Develop resourcing plans to complete planned deliverables
Utilize a repeatable reporting process that engages multiple levels of the organization and effectively communicates progress
Align key resources contributing to the execution of deliverables, manage expectations, and identify obstacles
Document and track risks and issues during execution
Contribute to the creation or modification of policies, standards, and procedures
