JOB DESCRIPTION
ServiceNow Developer skillset: Flow designer, Service Portal,CSM
ATF Developer - all of the above plus ATF
Must have a strong CSM and Service Portal skillset
ServiceNow Contractor with Specialty experience with Customer Service Mgmt (CSM Module).
Experience and knowledge of CSM and how it interacts with platform modules
