Business Process Analyst (Harrisburg, PA)

We are recruiting for a Business Process Analyst for a Commonwealth of PA entity. This role will focus on facilitating workshops for requirements analysis and creating workflows using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).

This is a 6 month (extensions likely) 40 hours per week role.

This position is remote at first until offices open back up then can be onsite at the client's location in Harrisburg PA.

This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee. Health benefits and 401K offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate Workshops for requirements analysis.
Create workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
Develop Business Requirements - project initiation document, needed achievements, and the quality measures.
Develop User (stakeholder) requirements - how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases
Develop Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements: performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability.
Develop report specifications - define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners, and runtime parameters.
Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process.

REQUIREMENTS
7+ years experience as a Business Analyst for large enterprise-wide systems
7+ years experience conducting formal requirements gathering methodologies, developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements and developing Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Experience creating workflows using the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
Bachelor's degree
