Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Echo/Vascular TechBrief Job Description:Performs the essential job duties and responsibilities of a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technician in assessing, planning and implementing diagnostic testing of assigned patients. Responsible for meeting the established standards for the administration of diagnostic ultrasound as well as appropriate documentation of activities related to testing and for managing supplies and equipment. Responsible for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. Responsible for solving practical problems, dealing with a variety of issues and interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form. Demonstrates clinical knowledge and judgment regarding patient's care.++Requirements:++Required to present an active AHA (American Heart Association) BLS certification, and Must be registered. 2 years of experience in cardiac and vascular ultrasound required. Hospital provides housing and bill rate is adjusted accordingly
