-Should understand how to build 3D models with CAD tools (Creo, NX or Solidworks) -Will then need to put everything together using Delmia (Digital Manufacturing and Manufacturing Simulation Software) -While using Delmia - this candidate needs to identify any problems, missing pieces, pieces that don't fit, and then report these issues to manufacturing and design engineers to fix problem. -Understanding sequence of events and understanding how to utilize that within Delmia to build a sequence. Understanding missing parts, documenting and submitting issues to manufacturing/engineers, so these issues can be fixed.

Required Skills : -Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing or electro-mechanical engineering with a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or 6 years and a master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience -Proficient in Delmia or any other virtual/digital manufacturing software -Must have 3D modeling experience in any one of CATIA, NX, CREO or SOLIDWORKS tool -Working knowledge or experience in DFMA assessment, ergonomic simulation, and reachability/accessibility study of hand tools for assembly process -Must have clear understanding of Operation Method Sheets or Work instruction -Exposure to Industrial engineering, assembly processes and operations Preferred Qualifications: -Knowledge on Semiconductor equipment, Capital Equipment industry and its manufacturing processes -Experience in assembly and Ergonomic simulations in Delmia or any other virtual assembly software -Exposure to 3D work instructions -Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills -Interpret written specification or requirements -Exposure to Industry 4.0 deliverables of manufacturing team
