Job Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features Build reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to backend Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Required Experience/Skills: Must have 7 years of experience in UI design and development. Must have experience using AngularJS, Angular 2/4. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery Good understanding of JavaScript frontend libraries Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Good understanding, knowledge and experience with Java. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Knowledge of GWT/Vaadin is a plus Experience with Spring and Hibernate is a plus. Experience with SQL is a plus Ability to adapt to new technologies, work on multiple projects Willingness to take ownership for projects and be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment including leading collaborative projects
