Position Description:
Sofbang is seeking an energetic Client Executive that is looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced growing team. This role is critical to Sofbang, as our Client Executive will help build new relationships and pipeline for Sofbang. With a client-first mindset you will help grow Sofbang's professional services business.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new accounts to help grow Sofbang's business
  • Lead the initial sales cycle to identify target accounts and drive prospecting initiatives.
  • Inspire clients to keep Sofbang front-of-mind and sow the seeds for new opportunities within target accounts
  • Work closely with leadership, sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and help identify new sales qualified leads (SQL) for new pipeline
  • Influence client perceptions to build confidence and preference for Sofbang to position us for success.
  • Build client trust and loyalty to help Sofbang develop long term relationships.
  • Build messaging and drive campaigns to differentiate Sofbang from competitors, helping expand the number and strength of our client relationships, educate clients as to the full breadth of Sofbang's capabilities and create a preference for Sofbang at key clients.
  • Develop agenda and materials for meetings with client account leads
  • Manage and support account-specific campaigns and prospecting initiatives to help position Sofbang for success in key deals or create awareness of our offerings and thought leadership among our priority accounts to drive new pipeline. Channels may include direct mail, events, social media, email, web and joint partnering sales and marketing efforts with technology product companies such as Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Manage all sales opportunities, pipeline activity and all account activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Openness to learning and taking on rigorous training with the team to enhance the individual's career path.

Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of successful performance selling and delivering IT services solutions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, passion for sales and can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
