JOB TITLE: Stock Plan Administration Analyst LOCATION: Brisbane, CA DURATION: FULL TIME POSITION Must-Haves - At least 2 years stock administration experience
- Conducted audit and reconciliation
- Spreadsheet knowledge to perform v-lookups, data edits and complex calculations
Nice-To-Haves - Knowledge with ETrade's Equity Edge system
- Experience with Section 16 filing
- Experience/knowledge with tax laws related to equity compensation
- General Knowledge of global taxation of equity compensation
Job Description - Administer Equity plans and ensure that all equity transactions are accurately processed and recorded in a timely manner.
- Process equity transactions (option exercises, RSU releases, equity grants, etc.) in compliance with governing rules and regulations, SOX controls, and stock plan documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, HR and finance teams to ensure to process new grants, cancellations, and terminations in timely manner, including tracking online grant and award acceptance, expiration and vesting of stock awards.
- Work closely with the transfer agent to keep the Company's stock related record up to date.
- Prepare and file section 16 filings (e. g., Form 4s and 3s) for section 16 officers and directors.
- Assist with maintaining database integrity and ensure accuracy of record keeping of employee data and equity data in the stock administration systems.
- Process daily option exercises and RSUs releases and ensue accurate taxation and record option exercises and RSUs releases by partnering with Accounting team.
- Respond to employee questions related to equity awards and E-trade matters.
- Assist internal and external reporting such as 10Q, 10-K and Proxy statements by providing various report from the stock administration systems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining stock process documentation and plan documentation to ensure SOX compliance and assist internal and external audit.
Requirements: - 2+ years stock administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic
