Job description:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Center for Internet Security Framework
• Experience in enterprise vulnerability detection & patching platforms such as ServiceNow Vulnerability Management module, Qualys, Nessus, Jamf
• Experience creating, installing, and testing vulnerability fixes to macOS endpoints
• Experience with Bash, JavaScript or Swift scripting/coding including the development and execution of scripts to automate IT tasks and processes and patching
• Enterprise patching, software and provisioning - Jamf
• The candidate should be able to clearly and succinctly communicate complex concepts, issues, and status
