• Should be able to support the application using monitoring tools like Dynatrace Managed and Elastic Stack..
• Should be able to participate in various SCRUM ceremonies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, Service Now Incident management process, Release management, Triaging and Monitoring
• Co-ordinate with offshore, excellent communication - oral and verbal.
• Should be able to learn new technologies and stay current.
