1) Install, Configure and Register Cisco IP Phones and Cisco Jabber in CUCM.
2) User Provisioning in Unity connection
3) Work with different vendors to troubleshoot circuit issues
4) Understand basic call routing and media flow in CUCM and Voice Gateways
5) Experience with any Call Recording Server
6) Long distance travel to field offices for troubleshooting within Texas
