Job title: Conversational AI (Chatbot) Developer (Remote)

Experience required:

• Good understanding of ChatBot/VoiceBot Architecture.
• Proven experience building VoiceBot solution using IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, etc.
• Experience in analyzing customer care call logs and train the bot with domain knowledge
• Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience with Chatbots/VoiceBot solutions
• 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong software system knowledge
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Node.JS ,JavaScript, etc.
• Ability to write robust and testable code Strong communication skills
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or similar field
