Production Worker 2nd Shift 1-9:30pm Monday - Saturday + Holidays Pay: $16.50 Company manufactures Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and have their own multi-vitamin brand. Description: Role: - Packager, "Catcher" This is where the gummies go from the kitchen to the molds then they solidify in to the shape, manually moved to plastic bins, from the bins they go to a table where they are manually put in plastic bins to be moved to the dry room.
- This is the process before they are bottled. Packagers are repetitively standing, bending over, and lifting.
- They are lifting baskets that are catching the gummies that are coming off the mold machine and putting the basket onto a rack.
- They are then manually coating the gummies in tapioca starch and putting the gummies into a tumbler.
- They are then again catching the gummies coming out of the tumbler machine into baskets.
- Then the put the baskets onto the roller cart to be pushed into the dehydration room.
