Description:

Through the XXX Foundation's 1% Product donation program, the XXX Foundation facilitates the donation of the Salesforce platform to nonprofit organizations around the world.

The Order Management Specialist will manage reviewing and booking all eligible non-profit applicants accepted within Salesforce compliance policies. The specialist must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.

Major Responsibilities
Assisting with application requests
Attaching faxes to leads/accounts and preparing accounts for product donation
Route email requests to necessary foundation & salesforce staff for response
Create quotes to fulfill donation of product to nonprofits.
Responding to inquiries nonprofits make regarding the Product Donation Program.
Communicate with nonprofits on the status of their request.
Processing approved nonprofit donation requests, working with Sales Operations Manager to get approved nonprofit accounts activated.
Perform due diligence on eligibility requirements in GuideStar.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Partner with sales teams to address escalation issues and determine when to expedite requests
Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements
Ensure accuracy of orders and contracts for compliance purposes

Requirements
Very strong attention to detail
Self-starter
Comfort with learning new computer applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong internet navigation knowledge
Ability to work independently
