Title: Implementation Analyst
Location: Jackson, MS (The resource can be remote until the client agrees that it is safe to travel. Then, they would need to be onsite during the week)
Duration: 6+ Months
Description
The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for performing project implementation and support tasks as a member of the Functional Team. Tasks will include but are not limited to: resolving data migration issues, writing test scenarios, executing functional tests, participating in design meetings, writing functional specification documents, reviewing solutions with subject matter experts, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting end users after go-live.
Required Skills/Experience
Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.
1. Participated on multiple IT implementation projects as a functional analyst.
2. Experience writing functional specification documents and other system documentation.
3. Participated in data migration activities (data mapping, validation, etc.).
4. Experience testing system functionality.
5. Experience troubleshooting system issues.
Preferred/Not Required
Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.
1. Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
2. Experience with HR or Payroll functions.
3. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
Programming Language/Development Tools/Required Skills:
Experience working on projects implementing integrated systems Advanced Level (Required); Prefer at least two projects. Complex project implementations are preferred.
Experience in gathering system requirements from stakeholders and writing Functional Specification documents and other system documentation Advanced (Required)
Experience with data migration activities Intermediate (Required)
Experience with data integration activities Intermediate (Required)
Experience writing test scenarios and executing functional tests Advanced (Required)
Experience troubleshooting system issues and being a liaison between IT and users Advanced (Required)
Experience with HR and/or Payroll functions Beginner (Preferred)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll Beginner (Preferred)
