PCU RN Department - DaysMidland Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced PCU RNBrief Job Description: Complete a comprehensive assessment. This includes the initial and ongoing, extensive collection, analysis and interpretation of data. Synthesize the data collected during the comprehensive assessment to identify problems, make nursing diagnoses, and to formulate goals, teaching plans and outcomes. Implement the plan of care. The RN may begin, deliver, assign or delegate certain interventions within the plan of care for patients within legal, ethical, and regulatory parameters and in consideration of health restoration, disease prevention, wellness, and promotion of healthy lifestyles. Evaluate and report patient outcomes and responses to therapeutic interventions in comparison to benchmarks from evidence-based practice and research findings, and plans any follow-up care and referrals to appropriate resources that may be needed.Requirements: Associate's degree (ADN) or diploma in nursing is required. Current State of Texas License as a Registered Nurse required. Current BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association) Early Acute Stroke recognition and treatment.Hospital provides housing. No exceptions will be made, travelers must take our housing.ALL housing arrangements must be made through HR. (Cable/Internet must be provided by traveler, if desired) 2) $110.00 bill rate 1 bedroom Extended Stay comfort hotel.
