Your Role: As a Corporate Staffing Specialist, the individual is responsible for a full-cycle recruiting process - from partnering with the business leaders on position definition; defining candidate requirements; developing creative sourcing strategies; actively targeting and assessing top talent; and managing candidate offers and negotiations in a fast-paced environment. This position is an integral part of Accounting Departments aggressive growth plan that will assist in fulfilling the vision for the company. The Corporate Staffing Specialist will use well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships with the management team and prospective candidates while working through all stages of the recruiting process. As a brand ambassador of the company, the Corporate Staffing Specialist represents Accounting Departmentpositively in various settings inside and outside the organization and promotes the exemplary company culture to candidates. The Corporate Staffing Specialist will proactively build pipelines of talent for future needs through cold calling/e-mailing, professional networking, resume mining, social media, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with Management Team to ensure understanding of the expectations of the job in order to identify and recruit successful employees Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives Proactively source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as: job postings, social media, LinkedIn, user group lists, industry specific online professional networks/forums and university relationships, while effectively targeting the perfect candidates for the position. Find, attract and engage passive talent for crucial openings and talent pools. Qualifies, screens, and conducts virtual interviews with prospective candidates. Administers behavior and personality testing during the interview process Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment process. Share feedback to hiring manager and appropriately designate disposition all candidates within the Applicant Tracking Database Accountable for the consistent progress in filling open positions. Continuously interview interested applicants and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings Coordinate the flow of the interview process from beginning to end. Assist with the hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers. Extend and negotiate offers of employment Work closely with the HR Department to facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees Manages/updates candidates in applicant tracking system, and provides weekly activity reports to HR Team Ensure compliance with employment law and reporting Stays current on sourcing best practices/trends Formalize the recruitment and hiring process within the HR Department to create a standard for the organization Work with internal team members to build and manage a strong referral program ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated success in a high production full life cycle recruiting role of active and passive candidates Must have solid knowledge in accounting services, by previously working in the industry in some capacity, in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and qualifications of the prospective employees Exceptional sourcing skills; familiarity with a variety of creative techniques and channels to identify quality candidates Possesses a good eye for talent with the ability to quick screen resumes to identify fit Demonstrates high level of integrity and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information Strong interviewing skills; familiarity with behavioral interviewing and other related practices. Comfortable using webcam as a means of interviewing Strong understanding of lead generation techniques Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with all position levels Strong computer skills and experience working with Jobvite or other recruiting/applicant tracking software Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible and adjust priorities appropriately Ability to exercise efficiency and independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills Self motivated and ambitious. A results driven, go-getter who works well independently and with a team. Have a willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends in order to accommodate candidate interview schedules in various time zones Solid knowledge of applicable employment laws/regulations and basic human resources management practices Previous experience working with a distributed team in a remote capacity would be beneficial MINIMUM EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIRED: Minimum of three (3) years experience in recruiting.
