Client: Volvo/Capgemini
Location: Charleston /SC (must be able to relocate to Charleston, SC from Day 1)
Duration: Long term
Must haves:
Remote Windows support experience
CompTIA A+ Certification (this is the most basic, entry level CompTIA cert)
Ability to remotely support devices (through web interfaces)
Ability to restart a service/application on a server/computer remotely.
Recruiting Profile:
This person does not need to be extremely experienced. It is a Level 2 Support Technician.
It is full remote support, so it's different from the roles we filled in Mahwah, because those were all Desk side Support.
